Return & Refund Policy:

 

  • Please note that we do not do exchanges. We only take the product back if it breaks down in transit. We take back only defective or damaged items.
  • In case the product you receive is damaged or defective kindly contact us by filling this contact form. Make sure to mention your email id and mobile number.
  • We will get back to you with 3 business days and based on our discussion we will initiate a return pick up. Pick up will happen between 4-7 working days.
  • Once we have received the item and reviewed it, we will refund the paid amount.

  • We are a small women led business and returns cost us a lot. We request you to opt for this option only if the product is truly damaged.
